The Special Adviser to Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Drainage and Water Resources, Joe Igbokwe has said that the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu is the best man to lead the country.
Speaking on Tuesday at an Ndigbo gathering at the Blue Roof of the Lagos Television (LTV) in Ikeja, Igbokwe insisted that the experience Tinubu had garnered when he was the Governor of Lagos state would help him in carrying out his presidential assignment flawlessly.
“Lagos is a 24 hour state and so anybody who has been governor in the state will not find it difficult to rule Nigeria,” Igbokwe said.
The event was to seek the support of Igbos for the 2023 aspirations of Tinubu and Sanwo-Olu.
The APC chieftain opined that anyone who effortlessly governed the country’s commercial hub would not find it difficult to rule Nigeria.
Speaking further, Igbokwe challenged other candidates to also show their achievements to Nigerians.
He urged the Igbos to ensure they protect their investments by voting the APC flag bearer into power.
He went on to praise Tinubu for his constant support to the people of South-East and urged Ndigbos to ensure they support all APC candidates in 2023.
