Wikki Tourists head coach,Mohammed Azeez, has admitted that his team are in a tough group for the 2023-24 Nigeria National League, NNL, season.
The Bauchi Elephants are in group A of the Northern Conference.
The group consists of Nasarawa United El-Kanemi Warriors, Yobe Desert Stars, EFCC, Jedo FC, NAF Rockets, Abubakar Bukola Saraki FC and Mighty Jets.
Azeez however expressed his team’s readiness for the new season.
“The opponents in this group are experienced just like us as they are seeking a return to the Nigeria Premier Football League,” he told the club’s media.
“We are ready to face the challenge as to achieve our aim of promotions to the topflight.
“Consistent training and warm-up games will strenghtens us for the upcoming NNL season.”
