Brighton & Hove Albion are planning a January move for Leicester City midfielder Wilfred Ndidi.

According to transfer expert, Ekrem Konur, the Seagulls have identified the Nigeria international as a transfer target.

Ndidi is into the final year of his contract at Leicester City and is not willing to sign an extension.

The 26-year-old is also reportedly a subject of interest from European giants, Bayern Munich.

The player was linked with a move away from the King Power Stadium in the summer following Leicester Cityโ€™s relegation from the Premier League.

He however remained at the club and is playing a key role in their push for promotion from the Sky Bet Championship.

Ndidi joined the Foxes from Belgian Pro League outfit, KRC Genk, in January 2017.
