President Bola Tinubu has appointed Ibrahim Gaga as the Executive Director of Corporate Services at the Nigerian Export-Import Bank, NEXIM.

Presidential spokesperson Ajuri Ngalale disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday.

Gaga, a lawyer, has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector and legal services.

Before his appointment, he was the board secretary and legal adviser at NEXIM Bank.

The President urged the new appointee to bring renewed zeal and diligence to enhance NEXIMโ€™s mandate of providing finance, risk mitigation services, accurate trade and market information, and export advisory services to Nigerians in full support of the economic development agenda of his administration.
