A Tiktoker, Nwakaego Okoye who was convicted for trolling Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus has called out the Nigerian Police.
OsunDailyNG recalls that Okoye was sentenced to a three-year jail term for defaming Badmus.
The judge convicted Okoye after she pleaded guilty to a two-count charge of cyberstalking.
In a consideration that followed the convictโs remorse she was given an option of paying a fine of N150,000 in lieu of jail time
However, in a recent development, Okoye has claimed that the Nigerian police is holding onto her phone even after she had paid the N150,000 and sorted out the issue with the celebrity.
She lamented that she has missed various opportunities because she does not have access to the phone.
According to her, โWahala be Like Bicycleโผ! โPlease Nigerians come and help me, I have Resolved my issue with Eniola Badmus but the Nigerian Police have refused to Give me back my Phone, I have paid my N150k fine and the court instructed the Police to give me back my Phone and other items but they have refused to give it back to me, and now I have Missed my Canada Sponsorship interview because the access Code for the Interview is inside my Phone which Nigerian Police have refused to return to me.โ
