The NSC chairman said Tambuwal, until his appointment, was the Secretary of Finance and Accounts of the National Assembly.

According to the statement, Ogunlana Kamoru was promoted from the post of Secretary of Legal Services to the Acting Deputy Clerk of the Nation Assembly.

It added that Henrietta Aimua-Ehikioya, who was the Secretary of Special Duties, was redeployed to the post of Secretary of Legal Services.

The Director of Legislative, Birma Shuaibu, was elevated to the post of Secretary of the Human Resources Directorate, while the Director of Pharmacy, Umoru Barde Ali, was appointed as the acting Secretary of Research and Information.
