Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governor of Lagos State, has appealed to youths in Lagos to support his developmental plans for the people of the state.
Sanwo-Olu made the appeal in his New Year Message to the youth in Badagry at the end of activities to mark the Greater Lagos Fiesta in the town.
Sanwo-Olu, who was represented at the fiesta by Mr Ibrahim Layode, the Commissioner for Home Affairs, urged the residents of Badagry to cooperate with his administration by supporting his developmental plans.
He assured the people of Badagry that he would keep to his campaign promises.
The governor urged the youth to calm down and trust in his governance, adding that he would touch their respective communities.
He appealed to the youth to be law-abiding and stay away from anything that could tarnish their image or damage their future.
