Rangers captain, Chukwudi Nwaodu has expressed his team’s readiness for the clash against Remo Stars.
Nwaodu said the players are highly motivated for the encounter.
The Coal City outfit will lock horns with the Sky Blue Stars at the Remo Stars Stadium on Sunday (today).
“Flying to Ikenne through Lagos is a very big motivation to the players, coaches and other officials because it will go a long way in reducing the stress of traveling by road,” he told the club’s media.
“I know and believe that we are ready for the match. We appreciate the task ahead of us.
“We know it won’t be easy but we are ready to face any opponent and get the result to keep us in front.
“Remo Stars is one of the top sides in the league by virtue of being the runner-up in the league last season but that does not make us less prepared or favourite for this fixture. We are ready for the match.”
