Super Falcons winger, Toni Payne has declared the teamโs readiness to cope with the hostile environment in Pretoria ahead of their clash against Banyana Banyana of South Africa.
Randy Waldrumโs side will be up against the African champions in the second leg of their 2024 Olympic Games qualifier at the Lotfus Versfeld Stadium, Pretoria on Tuesday (today).
A full house is expected at the 51,000-capacity stadium.
Payne, however, stated that the Super Falcons wonโt be intimidated by the home fans.
โWe are feeling really prepared, we had the whole day to rest so the team is feeling really good,โ she said on NFF TV.
โComing off the win in the last game we have a lot of confidence and there will be improvements.
โI think itโs something to keep in mind obviously when you are away and when you have the crowd against you, itโs something difficult but weโve come against the worst odds we are ready to battle them.โ
The Super Falcons won the first leg 1-0.
