The Chairman of the Oyo State Park Management System, Alhaji Mukaila Lamidi, has been charged with conspiracy and unlawful damage of campaign billboards featuring pictures of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu.

After hearing the two reports, Chief Magistrate, Oladiran granted Lamidi bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in like sum.

The matter was adjourned till February 2, 2023, for a hearing.

The presidential candidate of the APC on Thursday urged those in the South-East to vote for him while promising to address all their grievances.

OsunDaily News reports that Tinubu stated this during a town hall meeting with South-East stakeholders in Imo state.

He informed his audience that he was brought up by a market woman who taught him how to make money and be patient and resilient.

Tinubu assured the stakeholders that he would use the said skill to bring progress to Owerri.

He said, โ€œMy government will hand over to Nigerians their tomorrow. We will run a forward government and not a backward government. I am one of you and your son. My mother was a market woman and a market leader who taught me how to make money. She taught me patience and resilience.

โ€œSo, a simple technology code will be unveiled. We will bring a technology hub that will ease the difficulties in doing business. We are thinkers and doers. It does not take an atlas to archive it.

โ€œIt takes common sense to bring success to life. Our party and the progressive governors shall work a road for renewed hope. We shall establish industries and modernise the existing ones for production in places like Owerri and Aba.โ€

Tinubu explained that a technology hub would make all the difference in the state. He promised to establish industries and modernize the existing ones.

โ€œIt takes common sense to bring success to life. Our party and the progressive governors shall work a road for renewed hope. We shall establish industries and modernise the existing ones for production in places like Owerri and Aba.

โ€œMy government will consist of people from every segment of the society and will discuss grievances. There will be no segregation. To unite the country, you have to keep your religion because it is your faith and how you want to worship your God,โ€ he added.
