Ogunmodede happy with performance of Sky Blue Stars’ new intakes against Rangers

Remo Stars head coach, Daniel Ogunmodede has commended academy products, Stanley Joseph and Ahmed Akinleye for their performance in the win against Rangers on Sunday.

Akinleye and Joseph made their debut for the Sky Blue Stars in the home fixture.

Ogunmodede said the players gave a good account of themselves despite the intense pressure from their opponent.

Both players were promoted from Remo Stars youth team Beyond Limits.

“The boys gave a good account of themselves,” he told the club’s media.

“The boys will continue to learn and grow with the experience of playing in the NPFL.”
