Al-Ittihad are prepared to submit a £200 million transfer bid for Liverpool’s Egyptian star Mohamed Salah before the Saudi Pro League transfer window closes on September 7, the Mail claimed.

Liverpool already have a backup plan in place if Salah decides to go. They also have the option to recruit 20-year-old Belgian winger Johan Bakayoko from PSV Eindhoven in January, according to the Express.

Mason Greenwood rejected a contract with Lazio before the 21-year-old English attacker signed for Getafe on loan from Manchester United, according to Goal.

The 28-year-old Danish midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg was the subject of negotiations between Atletico Madrid and Tottenham, but those talks came to an end when Spurs rejected the opening loan offer because it didn’t come with a purchase option, Fabrizio Romano tweeted.

Southampton prevented Che Adams, a 27-year-old Scottish attacker, from joining Wolves on loan before the transfer window closed on September 1, according to Sports.

Mauricio Pochettino, the manager of Chelsea, claims that the transfer window has been “tough” despite his team spending more than £360 million this summer, according to FourFourTwo.

Before the Saudi Pro League transfer window shuts on September 7th, France winger Nicolas Pepe, 28, might leave Arsenal for a team in Saudi Arabia that has not been named, according to Fabrice Hawkins of Football London.

One year before Pepe’s contract was set to expire, Arsenal contemplated canceling it on Friday after his transfer to Besiktas collapsed, the Mail claimed.

Ryan Gravenberch, a 21-year-old midfielder from the Netherlands and recent addition to Liverpool, is anticipated to play a box-to-box number eight position in the midfield under manager Jurgen Klopp, according to the Express.

Due to Fulham’s decision to keep 28-year-old Portuguese midfielder Joao Palhinha and German center-back Armel Bella, Bayern Munich missed out on three targets on deadline day; Southampton’s Kotchap, 21, decided to transfer on loan to PSV Eindhoven, while Chelsea’s 24-year-old England defender Trevor Chalobah appears to be staying at Stamford Bridge, the Goal reported.

On the final day of the transfer window, Senegal defender Mamadou Fall, 20, signed a loan agreement with Barcelona from MLS team Los Angeles FC, with the possibility of a permanent £5.6 million transfer, Sports claimed.

In the last hours of the transfer window, Bournemouth’s intended loan deal for 24-year-old Zambian and Leicester City striker Patson Daka collapsed, the Mail reported.

Demarai Gray, a 27-year-old winger from Jamaica, will remain at Everton despite a bid from an unnamed Saudi Arabian club, according to Sky Sports.
