Nigerian singer and songwriter, Joseph Akinfenwa Donus, better known as Joeboy, has revealed how much he splashed on his girlfriend within two years.
According to the 26-year-old during a recent interview with the Beat 99.9 FM, Lagos, he has spent no less than 50 million Naira on his girlfriend in the last twenty-four months.
Though the โBabyโ crooner acknowledged the figure could not be completely accurate, Joeboy said he may have spent far more than the figures he quoted.
Joeboy said, โThat was a rough estimate. I said at least N50m. I donโt know for sure. Itโs not like Iโm counting [it could be more].
โShe [my girlfriend] has to enjoy. Iโm enjoying too.โ
OsunDaily News understands that Joeboy recently released his sophomore album โBody & Soulโ featuring guest appearances from American superstar Ludacris, BNXN, Odumodublvck.
The album is currently topping music charts across the continent.
The Queen of Rock โnโ Roll, Tina Turner has died at the age of 83 after a long illness at her home near Zurich in Switzerland, her publicist has said.
Turner had suffered ill health in recent years, being diagnosed with intestinal cancer in 2016 and having a kidney transplant in 2017.
โThere will be a private funeral ceremony attended by close friends and family,โ Turnerโs publicist said.

Tina was born Anna Mae Bullock on November 26 in 1939 in Nutbush, Tennessee, USA.
She found fame in the late 1960s as the singer of the band Ike & Turner Revue but later went on to find fame as a solo artist.
Her biggest hits include โWhatโs Love Got To Do With Itโ, โPrivate Dancerโ and โThe Bestโ.
She sold more than 180 million albums and won 12 Grammy Awards.
She sold out stadiums on tour around the world for over three decades as one of the hardest-working women in show business.
