Famous Afrobeat musician, Burna Boy, has disclosed that he is now richer than most politicians and oil tycoons he once looked up to.
He stated this in a post on his Instagram story on Saturday while advising his followers not to underestimate those who are younger than them.
Speaking on his financial status, the singer said, “Imagine growing up and only oil men and politicians were the ones really getting the real money followed by the G boys. Music wasn’t even in the conversation when money was the topic.
“Now an ugly black musician from Port Harcourt got more money than 90% of the people he looked up to as money makers.”
Burna Boy advised his followers not to look down on anyone because they could become tomorrow’s Elon Musk.

Meanwhile, Burna Boy, has boasted about giving out millions of dollars.
OsunDailyNG reports that the ‘Dangote Still Dey Find Money’ crooner, in a post via X, said he could donate millions of dollars but wouldn’t because he dislikes Nigerians.
The singer also claimed that he has far more possessions than he needs.
He wrote, “I don’t even need most of the sh!t I got. I could really give out millions of dollars right now, but I don’t like y’all.”
