Fire Guts JFM Building In Delta

A late-night fire has engulfed the former JFM building located in Effurun, in the Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State.

OsunDailyNG reports that information regarding the cause of the fire remains limited as of the time of filing this report.

However, there are concerns that the blaze may extend to adjacent structures if it is not swiftly controlled.

At approximately 8:43 PM, personnel from the Delta State Command’s Fire Service encountered a shortage of water, hindering their efforts to extinguish the flames consuming the building that houses Current FM.

According to Daily Post, law enforcement officers are present to prevent any potential disturbances or looting of the property by individuals with ill intentions.
