Fidelity Bank Plc has concluded its banking channel integration optimization with some neobanks and resumed interbank transfers to Opay, Palmpay, Moniepoint via its Mobile App and Online Banking platform.

The confirmation of the resumption is contained in a press statement the management made available to journalists in Lagos on Friday.

โ€œWe are pleased to inform our valued customers and the general public of the resumption of interbank transfers to all licensed financial institutions in the country. We thank our partners for their patience and understanding during this period,โ€ it reads.

Affirming the development, Efemena Ogie, Head, Partnerships at Moniepoint said: โ€œWeโ€™d like to thank our esteemed customers for their patience during the service outage.

โ€œFidelity Bank has been good partners in ensuring that we drive the governmentโ€™s financial inclusion agenda and we remain committed to ensuring that millions of people can transact seamlessly.โ€

Also speaking on the integration optimization, Adekunle Adeyemi, Head of Marketing, OPay Digital Services Limited said: โ€œOur mission is to make financial services more inclusive through technology.

โ€œOPay is fully in compliance with CBN guidance to provide secure, fast, and convenient financial services to our valued customers through advanced technology for KYC onboarding, risk control, and innovative products.โ€
