Following Nottingham Forest’s 4-0 loss to Leicester, owner Evangelos Marinakis is looking for a replacement for Steve Cooper, with former Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez in the mix.

After the humiliating loss to Leicester, It is understood Steve Cooper is battling to save his job as manager of Nottingham Forest.
Due to tensions that have existed behind the scenes since the club bought 22 players in the summer window, Cooper’s future as Forest manager has been in doubt having lost 5 EPL matches consecutively.
On September 21, Sportsmail reported that a number of teams were keeping an eye on Cooper’s position since he had not accepted the new deal offered to him.
The former manager of Liverpool, Rafa Benitez, and ex-Burnley boss Sean Dyche, who has visited the City Ground this season, are both available for the role if Cooper loses his.
Benitez and Dyche have a history of saving Premier League teams from being relegated. Daily Mail cites that as things stand, Benitez and Dyche had not been contacted.
Although the Football Association is said to be considering Cooper as the Head coach of the Three Lions in the future, however, Forest is currently last in the standings following a run of five straight losses.
