Nigerian award-winning singer, Dbanj, has surprised a woman and her son with N2 million, which has got many people talking online.
OsunDailyNG reports that this comes a few hours after controversial Nollywood actress cum politician, Tonto Dikeh, said the Kokomaster is a stingy folk just like actress, Ini Edo.
According to Tonto, anyone dying or surviving should not ask Dbanj or Ini for help.
Earlier, an elderly woman whose interview about how she would spend $1 if given the amount went viral online.
The woman, who is unaware of $1 exchanged to naira, confidently expressed plans to take it to her project site, use the money to complete her building project and take good care of her children.
The video caught Dbanj’s attention and he took to his Twitter page to express his interest in meeting the woman.
The ‘Oliver Twist’ crooner urged his followers to help locate the elderly woman as he would like to bless her.
He wrote, “Help me find this woman, i love how she wants to use her $1 WIN. I go like bless her. I wan to Gbe.”
A video shared online shows the moment Dbanj met with the woman and her son at his residence.
The music star also made a joke about how amused he was by the woman’s determination to ‘carry’ a dollar to support her children.
