Joe Aribo put up an impressive performance as Southampton thrashed Swansea City 5-0 in their Sky Bet Championship clash at St Mary’s Stadium.
Aribo opened the floodgate for the Saints with the opening goal in the 17th minute.
It was his first goal of the season for Southampton, and his first in 2023.
The 27-year-old, who has made 18 league appearances for Russell Martin’s side this season, featured for 90 minutes in the game.
Ryan Fraser (brace), Sam Edozie, and Che Adams were the other goal scorers for Southampton.
Southampton moved to third place on the table following the win.
