Fuji musician Remi Aluko has claimed that Afrobeats artists are โ€œstealingโ€ from the genre.

He said Afrobeats artists have stolen a lot from Fuji, especially chorus patterns.

The fuji star particularly mentioned Burna Boy whose stage performance he claimed was inspired by fuji.

Speaking in a recent interview with Echo Room, Aluko said: โ€œAfrobeats artists are stealing from Fuji music. They know that.

โ€œThey stole a lot of things from Fuji music. Part of Afrobeats song chorus is from Fuji music. Burna Boy for instance, his stage performance is totally unique because itโ€™s inspired by fuji.โ€
