The Kwara State Police Command has announced the dismissal of three officers in relation to the death of an ND11 student of the Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Qoyum Abdulyekeen Ishola. The Kwara Command of the Police Force, in a statement released on Monday night by its spokesperson, DSP Adetoun Ejire-Adeyemi, on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, Victor Olaiya, added that the dismissed officers would also be prosecuted in court.
