Nigeria international, Alex Iwobi has completed his permanent move from Everton to Fulham late in the 2023 summer transfer window deadline day, September 1.
Even though Fulham refused to disclose the exact transfer fee paid for Iwobiโs move, OsunDailyNG gathered that Fulham paid Everton a transfer fee that could rise to ยฃ22 million.
Alex Iwobi signed a five-year deal with Fulham which will keep him at the club until June 30, 2028.
The versatile 27-year-old Nigeria footballer who could play in the midfield and the wings, left Everton months after winning the Best Player of the Season award at Everton.
After completing his move to Fulham, Iwobi said, โIโm buzzing, I just canโt wait to get started, Iโm excited to start my journey here.

Alex Iwobi left his childhood club, Arsenal for Everton in 2019. While at the Merseyside club, the Nigerian midfielder played 123 times in all competitions and scored six goals.
