Nigerian activist, Aisha Yesufu has reacted to reports of the first lady of Lagos State, Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, implying that the elevator accident that led to the death of a medical doctor, Vwaere Diaso, was a spiritual attack.
On Wednesday, the Lagos State government set up an inquiry team to investigate the elevator accident that killed Diaso.
However, while addressing the media on Wednesday, the governorโs wife said that an arrow has been fired into the health family.
In a now-viral video, Ibijoke also linked the incident to the jet accident that occurred in the state on Tuesday while seeking answers from the crowd.
โAn arrow has been fired into the health family. First of August is a day I will never forget,
โThe same day a helicopter crashed, the same day a lift dropped down. How? How? How?,โ She said.
Sharing the news article on Twitter, Yesufu wrote, โIn a country where there are no consequences anything goes.
โFor those who think this can never happen to them or their loved ones,
โYesterdayโs victims were once survivors. Todayโs victims were yesterdayโs survivors and tomorrowโs victims would be todayโs survivors.
โWHO IS NEXT?โ
