Video showing the moment the All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftain, Maryam Shetty, arrived at the National Assembly for screening, unaware that President Bola Tinubu has replaced her name, has sparked reactions online.
OsunDailyNGย earlier reported that President Bola Tinubu, on Wednesday,ย forwarded an additional 19 names of ministerial nominees to complement the previously sent 28-man nominees earlier sent on August 2.
However, in a letter to the Senate on Friday, the presidentย withdrewย Shettyโs nomination and replaced her with Maigari Mahmud, who is also from Kano State.
A video sighted online shows the moment Shetty arrived at National Assembly and was turned back over the recent development.
The video sparked reactions online, with many describing the development as embarrassing.
