Winner of the Big Brother Naija ‘Level Up’ edition, Phyna, has mourned the death of a colleague, Rico Swavey.
OsunDaily News reports that Rico passed on in the early hours of Thursday, hours after another BB Naija star, Tobi Bakre started the Campaign to raise funds for his treatment.
Following his shocking demise, Phyna while mourning his death, disclosed how Rico came all the way to her winner’s party to show support.
She wrote; ”RIP Rico Swavey. He was so supportive and even came to my winner’s party. May God be with his family and friends.”
Alex Unusual who had earlier broken the news of Rico Swavey’s accident took to her Twitter platform to mourn her colleague’s death.
“This was not what we agreed Rico. Rest In Peace #ricoswavey” Alex Unusual wrote.
While Tobi Bakare, another Big Brother Naija Star wrote, “We lost him. But thanks a lot guys. God knows best.”
Meanwhile, the management of the deceased reality star shared video from the accident scene with the caption: “Hello everyone, Rico Swavey is not disposed to handle his socials right now as he was involved in a ghastly accident and is currently on life support. While his situation is critical and doctors are on him, We implore your support and prayers. Signed: Management.”
