Equatorial Guinea coach, Juan Micha has revealed how his team will approach their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, clash against Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
Both teams are in Group A at the AFCON and will clash on Sunday.
The match will take place at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium, Abidjan.
Speaking to Filgoal, Micha said his players will confront Jose Peseiro’s side with all their strength and with the
mentality to avoid defeat.
“Facing Nigeria in the first match will not be easy,” Micha said.
“They have a strong team and have reached a high level of technical capabilities, so we will try to confront them with all our strength, and it is important that we start the first match without losing.”
