Nasarawa United head coach Usman Adams is optimistic that his team’s away defeat against El Kanemi Warriors won’t affect their promotion aspirations.
The Solid Miners suffered a narrow 1-0 loss against the Borno Army at the El Kanemi Stadium, Maiduguri.
Adams assured that the team will get back on track in their quest to secure a promotion ticket.
“I am proud of the boy and we are very optimistic that this temporary setback won’t affect our mission in the league,” he told the club’s media.
“We will surely get back to the path of success again.”
“My boys gave everything and desired earnestly to go back home with something positive but it wasn’t to be.”
