Manchester United are looking to offload Jadon Sancho when the transfer window opens in January, after being told by manager Erik Ten Hag that the player is a โdisruptive influenceโ in the team.
Ten Hag has already banned Sancho from training with the first team.
The England forward effectively called Ten Hag a liar, after he was dropped from the match day squad for the 3-1 defeat at Arsenal last month.
According to Mail Sport, in addition to his poor attitude on the training ground and persistent lateness, Ten Hag has highlighted Sanchoโs influence on other players as a cause for concern.
The Dutchman is understood to have told United that the attitude of other players in training has improved since Sancho was banished.
Ten Hag is demanding that Sancho make both a public apology and say sorry in front of his team-mates before he can return to the squad.
But five weeks later, the former Borussia Dortmund man does not seem ready to back down.
United are now so eager to offload Sancho in January that they are willing to subsidise his ยฃ300,000-a-week wages if they are able to agree a loan move for the rest of the season.
