The Honourable Commissioner of Cooperatives and Empowerment, Prince Bayo Ogungbangbe (fcssm), heartily felicitates with His Excellency Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke on the 32nd creation Anniversary of Osun State.
